Today, their legacy continues through the leadership of their daughters, Kim Warren and Tammy Jackson. Meet Kim Peters Warren — Co-Owner
Born and raised in Bristol, Virginia, Kim Peters Warren is proud to carry on the family legacy as Co-Owner of Jerry Peters Sales. An Emory & Henry graduate, Kim grew up surrounded by the business—filing paperwork as a child and making bank runs the moment she got her driver’s license. For her, Jerry Peters Sales isn’t just a workplace—it’s home.
Kim is deeply devoted to her family. She’s married to Michael and is the proud mom of Alli and Tanner, and adores every moment spent with her precious granddaughter.
Outside the office, Kim enjoys diving into crime and drama series, traveling to new places, and savoring the little joys—like strong coffee, live concerts, seafood dinners, and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies. Highlights from her travels include the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City and a sun-soaked escape to Aruba.

Meet Donna McCall — Customer Service & Sales
A true Bristolian, Donna McCall has been a valued member of the Jerry Peters Sales team for 19 years. A VHCC graduate and all-around multitasker, Donna seamlessly navigates both customer service and sales with dedication, versatility, and heart.
Donna’s world revolves around family—especially adventures with her son and grandson. Whether she’s traveling to new destinations or hiking scenic trails, she finds joy in the outdoors and in discovering beautiful, off-the-beaten-path places.
She’s also a proud dog mom to Gunner, her four-legged companion and favorite co-pilot for long drives and laid-back cruising.
Donna McCall
Meet Tammy Jackson — Co-Owner
Born in Bristol and now calling Kingsport home, Tammy Jackson has spent over 35 years helping grow Jerry Peters Sales. A proud Radford University alumna, she found her professional stride in the family business, where she’s built lasting customer relationships and driven success through sales.
Tammy’s heart belongs to her family. She’s married to Ronnie and mom to twins Sydney and Cooper, and cherishes weekends at South Holston Lake—boating, discovering quiet coves, and reconnecting with old friends while making new ones.
Outside the office, Tammy enjoys curling up with a good book, watching Netflix dramas, cheering for the Tennessee VOLS, and chasing sunshine at beach destinations both familiar and new.

Meet Becky Presnell — Accounting & Customer Service
A Tri-Cities native, Becky Presnell has been a steady and versatile presence at Jerry Peters Sales for more than 29 years. A graduate of Sullivan Central High School with studies in Psychology at East Tennessee State University, Becky plays a key role in both customer service and accounting—keeping things running smoothly with care and precision.
Outside the office, Becky enjoys the simple pleasures of life: casting a line at South Holston Lake, spending quality time with her husband Shannon and their son Justin, and diving into new craft and sewing projects. A talented home cook, she’s always experimenting in the kitchen—though pizza remains her ultimate favorite.
Her love of travel has taken her to many beautiful destinations, but nothing tops her visit to Bar Harbor, Maine, a trip she’ll never forget.
Becky Presnell
Meet Alli Hayter — Sales & Digital Media Manager
A proud Southwest Virginia native, Alli Hayter joined Jerry Peters Sales in 2020 as Digital Media Manager, overseeing the website and leading social media marketing with creativity and precision. In 2024, she expanded into Sales, combining her design expertise with a strong customer focus.
Her roots run deep—Alli is the granddaughter of founders Jerry and Barbara Peters, and daughter of current Co-Owner Kim Peters Warren. She grew up immersed in the business, complete with her own childhood desk and nameplate.
Alli holds a B.A. from Virginia Tech and a master’s from Emory & Henry. She lives in Bristol with her husband Raleigh, their daughter Caroline, and their Goldendoodle, Clifford.
Outside work, she enjoys baking, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Meet Sunshine Hess — Graphic Designer
A proud Georgia Bulldog turned Bristol local, Sunshine “Sunni” Hess has been bringing her creative flair to Jerry Peters Sales for the past nine years. A graduate of King University, with earlier studies at the University of Georgia, Sunni launched her career in graphic design in 2008 and has been imagining, illustrating, and innovating ever since.
Her passion for design spills into every project—from bold visuals to thoughtful layouts—fueling a love for creating and making that extends well beyond the office. Sunni is also a devoted mom to three kids and two dogs, finding joy in family time, true crime podcasts, and beach getaways. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely catch her soaking up ocean breezes or uncovering her next creative obsession.
